Zygmunt Ćwik - Member of the Supervisory Board
Zygmunt Ćwik performs activities in the area of accounting and tax advisory services under the "A&TC Kancelaria Biegłych Rewidentów Zygmunt Ćwik, Jolanta Banaszczak" civil partnership. Zygmunt Ćwik has higher economic education: he graduated from the Higher School of Economics.
Zygmunt Ćwik does not have the employment relationship with the Issuer.
There is no conflict of interests between the duties incumbent on Zygmunt Ćwik as a member of the Issuer's Supervisory Board and duties on him from other titles.
There are no family connections between Zygmunt Ćwik and the members of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board.
Zygmunt Ćwik subsequently worked:
- 1977 – 1982 Chief economist in Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Rolniczego,
- 1983 – 1987 Chief accountant in Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Rolniczego,
- 1988 – 1991 Chief accountant (Economic Director) in Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane „Nadodrze” of Zielona Góra,
- 1992 – 1994 Chief accountant in dodrze” Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane „Nadodrze” of Zielona Góra,
- 1996 - 2002 Self-employment in the area of financial audit services,
- 2002 – 2008 Statutory auditor in the Auditing and Accounting Company "FAIR" Sp. z o.o.
- from 2008 Economic activity in area of financial audit services regarding to „A&TC Kancelaria Biegłych Rewidentów Zygmunt Ćwik, Jolanta Banaszczak” civil company.
Zygmunt Ćwik do not perform apart of LUG S.A. any activities, which have significant importance for the Issuer.
In the last 3 years, Zygmunt Ćwik performed functions in the authorities or was a partner/ a shareholder in the following companies:
- 2002 - 2015 Partner in "FAIR" Sp. z o.o. Audit and Accounting Company,
- in 2015 Member of the Supervisory Board of e-obuwie.pl S.A.,
- from 2007 Member of the Supervisory Board of LUG S.A.
In addition to the above, in the last 3 years, Zygmunt Ćwik was not a partner or shareholder in any commercial/ civil partnership, nor was he a member of the governing authorities of other commercial companies.
Zygmunt Ćwik was not convicted by a court judgment.
In the last 5 years, there have been no cases of bankruptcy, restructuring, receivership or liquidation of bankruptcy, receivership or liquidation in relation to entities, in which Zygmunt Ćwik was a member of the management or supervisory authorities, and in which he was the higher level managing person.
Zygmunt Ćwik does not conduct any competitive activity in relation to the activity of LUG S.A., nor is he a partner in a competitive civil or personal partnership, or a member of authorities of a capital company or any other competitive legal entity.
Zygmunt Ćwik is not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register (consolidated text - Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 168, item 1186, as amended). A member of the Supervisory Board does not meet the criteria for independence.
