RYSZARD WTORKOWSKI

Ryszard Wtorkowski has been connected with the company LUG from the beginning of his professional career. In November 1989 he established the partnership LUG, the partner of which he became. In 2001 the partnership was converted into a limited liability company. In 2002-2007 he acted as the President of the Executive Board of LUG Sp. z o.o. After the change of the legal status into the joint stock company in September 2007, Ryszard Wtorkowski became the President of the Executive Board of LUG S.A. At present he is also the President of LUG Light Factory.

Ryszard Wtorkowski actively supports numerous organizations integrating business, science and capital markets. In the years 2007 - 2009, he served as the Member of the Executive Board of the Lubuskie Region Employers' Organization. He has been an ordinary member of the Association of Stock Exchange Issuers since 12 September 2008. On 9 May 2011, Ryszard Wtorkowski was appointed the Chancellor of the Lubuska Lodge of the Business Centre Club and he had served this function, while being the Vice President of the Executive Board of BCC at the same time, till 2013. In January 2012 Ryszard Wtorkowski was chosen the Manager of the Year 2011 in the plebiscite organized by Lubuska Newspaper. In 2014 he received a title of Manager of Electrotechnical Industry in category: manufacturer. In this year Ryszard Wtorkowski was also awarded as a Man of 25 years of Zielona Gora's economy by the President of the City.

Ryszard Wtorkowski is an electronic engineer by profession, he increased his professional qualifications at courses and trainings in the scope of management, logistics, budget finance and company asset evaluation. He also participated in negotiation and public relations trainings.
