Szymon Zioło

Szymon Zioło -  Member of the Supervisory Board

Szymon Zioło performs legal activity regarding to „Kancelaria Adwokatów i Radców Prawnych Baczańska, Szarata” partnership. Since 2007, he is a member of the LUG S.A. Supervisory Board. Szymon Zioło has a university degree in law - he graduated legal studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of A. Mickiewicz in Poznań.

Szymon Zioło does not have the employment relationship with the Issuer. Szymon Zioło is a partner at the Law Office, which regarding to fee-for-task agreement manages the subsidiary LUG Light Factory Sp. z o.o.
 
There is no conflict of interests between the duties incumbent on Szymon Zioło in performing the function of a Member of the Issuer's Supervisory Board, and duties binding on him from other titles.
 
There are no family connections between Szymon Zioło and members of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board.
 

Szymon Zioło subsequently worked:

  • 2002 – 2003                        Lawyer in the office of Trustee in bankruptcy „Zamex”,
  • 2003 – 2005                        Trainee Attorney in „Rubaszewscy Ciesielski & Partnerzy Kancelaria Adwokatów i Radców                                                    Prawnych” in Poznań,
  • 2005 – 2008                        Trainee and then Counsel in "Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Renaty Baczańskiej"                                                                        in Zielona Góra,
  • od 2009                                Partner, counsel in „Kancelaria Adwokatów i Radców Prawnych Baczańska, Szarata”                                                              partnership.

In the last 5 years, Szymon Zioło performed functions in authorites or was a partner/ a shareholder of the following companies:

  • od 2007                               Member of the Supervisory Board of LUG S.A.,
  • od 2009                               Partner in „Kancelaria Adwokatów i Radców Prawnych Baczańska, Szarata” partnership.

Szymon Zioło does not perform apart of LUG S.A. any activity of significant importance for the Issuer.

In addition to the above, in the last 3 years Szymon Zioło was not a partner or shareholder in any commercial or civil partnership, nor was he a member of the governing authorities of other commercial companies.
 
Szymon Zioło was not convicted by a court judgment.
 
In the last 5 years, there have been no cases of bankruptcy, restructuring, receivership or liquidation of bankruptcy, receivership or liquidation in relation to entities, in Szymon Zioło at that time he was a member of the management or supervisory authorities, and in which he was the higher level managing person.
 
There were no official public accusations or sanctions against Szymon Zioło on the part of statutory or regulatory bodies (including recognized professional organizations). In addition, Szymon Zioło did not receive a court ban on the operation or prohibition of participating in managing or conducting the matters of any issuer.
 
Szymon Zioło does not conduct any competitive activity in relation to the LUG S.A. activity, nor is he a partner in a competitive civil or personal partnership or a member of a authorities of a capital company or any other competitive legal entity.
 
Szymon Zioło is not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register (consolidated text - Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 168, item 1186, as amended). A member of the Supervisory Board does not meet the criteria for independence.
