Eryk Wtorkowski - Member of the Supervisory Board

Eryk Wtorkowski is currently employed in a subsidiary company LUG Light Factory Sp. z o.o. as the Development Director. In years 2009-2012 he was the Export Manager at LUG Light Factory Sp. z o.o., while from 2013 to 2015 he was a Member of the Management Board and Managing Director of the subsidiary LUG do Brasil Ltda. Eryk Wtorkowski is a Member of the Management Board of LUNA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa.

Eryk Wtorkowski has a university degree, he is a graduate of the University of Zielona Góra in the following areas: Artistic Education in the field of Musical Art. In addition, Eryk Wtorkowski graduated the Higher School of Commerce and Law in Warsaw at the faculty of Foreign Trade and the College of International Trade and Finance in Zielona Góra, faculty: International Trade.

Eryk Wtorkowski do not perform any other activity, which could bring the conflict of interests.

Eryk Wtorkowski is a son of Ryszard Wtorkowski – the Chief Executive Officer of the Management Board of LUG S.A. and a son of Iwona Wtorkowska - the President of the Supervisory Board of LUG S.A.

Eryk Wtorkowski worked as:

2009 – 2012 Export Manager in LUG Light Factory Sp. z o.o.
2013 – 2015 Managing Director in LUG do Brasil Ltda.
from 2016 Development Director in LUG Light Factory Sp. z o.o.

Eryk Wtorkowski do not perform apart of LUG S.A. any significant activity in the perspective of an Issuer.

In the last three years Eryk Wtorkowski was a member of the governing authorities or a partner, or a shareholder in the following companies:

from 2007 Member of the Supervisory Board of LUG S.A.
from 2013 Shareholder of LUG do Brasil Ltda. – 20% shares

Eryk Wtorkowski was not convicted by a court judgment.

In the last five years, there have been no cases of bankruptcy, restructuring, receivership or liquidation, receivership or liquidation in relation to entities, in which Eryk Wtorkowski was at the time the member of the management or supervisory authorities, and in which he was the higher managing person.

There were no official public accusations or sanctions against Eryk Wtorkowski from the statutory or regulatory authorities (including recognized professional organizations). Eryk Wtorkowski is not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act of August 20, 1997 on the National Court Register (consolidated text - Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 168, item 1186, as amended). A member of the Supervisory Board does not meet the criteria for independence.
