MAŁGORZATA KONYS

Małgorzata Konys started her professional career as an Accountant at LUG. Since then, she has been continuously associated with the LUG S.A. Capital Group. In years 2000 - 2007 she was the Chief Accountant, and in 2007 she became the Financial Director of LUG S.A. The organizational transformation of the company and the creation of a subsidiary resulted in a change of position for the Financial Director of LUG Light Factory Sp. z o.o. and a promotion for a member of the LUG S.A. Management Board, which is still.

Małgorzata Konys holds a master's degree in engineering. She graduated from the University of Zielona Góra in Marketing and Management. In addition, she is a graduate of postgraduate studies in accounting at the University of Economics in Poznań. She also completed post-graduate studies in the field of Controlling at the University of Szczecin.
