In the period from mid-July to mid-August, the Index of Electrosystems recorded a slight decrease. The only sub-index that rose during the period was the index of manufacturing companies. The biggest adjustment took place in the case of distribution companies.

Development of LED lighting in Europe
The European Commission has published a Green Paper on illumination of semiconductor LEDs and OLEDs (SSL) entitled "Illumination of the Future: Accelerating the Implementation of Innovative Lighting Technologies".
