The shareholders of LUG Argentina SA are half-in-half LUG S.A. and Provider Argentina SA, a public company incorporated and registered under the Argentine law based in Posadas, Province of Misiones, Republic of Argentina. The headquarters of LUG Argentina SA is Buenos Aires, Argentina. The company was established for 99 years and its share capital is 300,000 (three hundred thousand) pesos.
The Company's objective is to conduct industrial activities, including production, processing, assembly and assembly of lighting fittings; sale of lighting fixtures and accessories and consultancy activities in the field of lighting technology, including for projects related to energy saving.
