LUG in Great Britain

LUG’s continued expansion into new markets! In April 2013, we announced the incorporation of LUG to Brazil Ltd. and today we proudly inform that LUG Lighting UK Ltd based in London has started operating.

On 10 September 2013, all formal and legal procedures related to incorporation of LUG Lighting UK Limited, a new subsidiary in the LUG S.A. Capital Group, were completed. For two recent years, LUG’s sales office has been effectively operating in London. However, the scale of operations and demand for LUG’s lighting products have increased to such an extent that the Management Board decided to form a new subsidiary that will replace the sales representatives.

This decision was approved by the Supervisory Board by way of resolution of 20 June 2013. LUG Lighting UK Ltd will support further increase of sales in the UK and Ireland and will also allow for developing qualifications necessary to establish LUG’s consultancy and sales centre.

The completion of formalities and the start of operations coincides on purpose with the opening of the advanced showroom of luminaires at the registered office of LUG Lighting UK Ltd in London.
