For the second time, the LUG S.A. participates in the Wallstreet Conference in Zakopane, Poland. Within the framework of this Conference, the LUG Capital Group is going to give a presentation on the 6th of June during the Akcjonariat Fair (booth no 3).

On the 4th of March, at 10:00, Mr. Ryszard Wtorkowski, the President of the LUG gave a presentation describing the current company operations and resumed its nearly 1,5 years presence on the NewConnect market. See the account of the conference.

Pursuant to item 16 of the collection of "Good Practices of the Companies Listed at NewConnect", the company LUG S.A. shall publish monthly reports within 14 days from the termination of a given month.

The LUG S.A. at the Professional Investor Conference 2008 and Shareholder Structure Forum in Międzyzdroje

From 28th to 30th November 2008 the company LUG S.A. participated in the Professional Investor - Międzyzdroje 2008 Conference organized by Individual Investors Association. Two panel discussions, thematic workshops and a series of lectures were conducted within the framework of the Conference. Individual investors, representatives of the executive boards of Warsaw Stock Exchange, National Depository of Securities, brokerage houses, TFI, the authorities of Financial Supervision Commission, the representatives of the executive boards of listed companies and the most important economic media in Poland were present at the conference. During the Conference there was Shareholder Structure Forum at which the Investors and Shareholders could meet with the representatives of the LUG S.A. in the company information outlet, where they could familiarize themselves with development plans and current financial results of the Issuer.
