Registration of the capital growth by the National Court Register (KRS)

On June 30, 2010 the LUG S.A. Board of Directors received the official court statement dated June, 30 2010 of the District Court in Zielona Góra, 8th Economic Dept. of the National Court Register. Basing on this statement, both the Company’s capital growth as well as the Company Statute assumptions ref. to the company capital had been registered (paragraph § 5, item 1 c).
