Submitting the issue prospectus with the Financial Supervision Commission

The Management of LUG S.A. with a seat in Zielona Góra (“The Issuer”) informs, that on the 30th of March 2011 the company submitted an issue prospectus with the Financial Supervision Commission in connection with the issue of A, B and C series shares for trade on the regulated market operated by Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A.
