Two economic awards for LUG Light Factory Sp. z o.o.

LUG once again was distinguished in the prestigious Business Gazelles ranking prepared by the editors of Puls Biznesu and in the group of companies awarded with the Diamond of the Polish Economy 2018.

LUG Light Factory, one of the companies forming LUG S.A. Capital Group, was awarded with the prestigious Business Gazelle title for the fourth time, taking 44th place among companies from the region and 2167th position in a nationwide ranking. This year's ranking prepared by "Puls Biznesu" was attended by a record number of 4.5 thousand companies from Poland, including over a hundred from the Lubuskie Voivodeship.

Gazelles of Business is the oldest ranking of the most dynamically developing small and medium enterprises that stand out showing an increase in sales revenues over recent years, published by the editors of Puls Biznesu in cooperation with Coface Poland. The ranking is not a result of a decision made by jury or competition council, whose opinions would influence the results of the rankings. The only criterion is the financial results of enterprises. A good position in the ranking reflects into commercial contacts and strengthens the credibility of companies. Listed companies are perceived as trustworthy partners and dynamically developing businesses.

LUG from Zielona Góra was also honored with the title of Diamond of the Polish Economy 2018, an award granted for eleven years by the Institute of European Business to the companies of the electromechanical industry. This is an independent ranking based on a company's market value, on the basis of which the European Business Institute analyzes the financial results of Polish enterprises and banks.

Both awards confirm the strong position of the LUG S.A. Capital Group not only in the region, but also on the market nationwide.
