LUG S.A. EGMS will make a decision on the move to the IAS

LUG S.A. called an Extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, which on 9th February will make a decision on company’s move to IAS (International Accounting Standards). This is connected with the planned movement of the company to the WSE main market. It is planned to submit the prospectus to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority by the end of March 2011. Change of the shares quotation market will not be accompanied by the new emission of shares.
-“At the beginning we planned to move to the regulated market in 2010, however some of the preliminary processes ended later than we expected. At the moment, we are working on the prospectus; we called an EGMS today which on 9th February of the current year will make a decision on the movement to IASs. We also plan to audit 2010 financial results by the end of February. We suppose to end the work by the end of March of the current year, at that time we will submit the prospectus to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority." - says Ryszard Wtorkowski, President of the Board of LUG S.A.
LUG S.A. financial results for IVth quarter of 2010 will be presented in periodic statement, its publication is planned on 15th February 2011.
