The suspension of the administrative proceedings regarding approval of the LUG S.A. Issue Prospectus.

The Management of LUG S.A. that on the 7th of June 2011 the Company received a decision from the Financial Supervision Commission on the suspension, upon the Issuer’s request, of proceedings regarding approval of the Issuer’s prospectus drawn up in the form of a uniform document in association with an intention to apply for the admission of the Issuer’s A, B and C series shares to be traded on the regulated market, issued on the 30th of March 2011.

In the event of the Financial Supervision Commission’s re-issuing the administrative proceedings regarding approval of the LUG S.A. Issue Prospectus, the Issuer’s Management will inform of the fact in a separate announcement.
