The public offer of C-series shares

The Management Board of LUG joint-stock company, with its registered office in Zielona Góra, informs that on 14.04.2010 the content of the announcement concerning the public offer of bearer shares series C with the pre-emptive right for current shareholders shall be published in MSiG Journal of Laws No. 72. The full content of the announcement has been attached to this report.
Schedule for the realization of pre-emptive rights of shares series C is as follows:
- 23.04.2010 (Friday) – day of fixing pre-emptive right
- 04.05.2010 (Tuesday) – opening of subscription (First subscription day)
- 14.05.2010 (Friday) – closing of subscription (Last subscription day)
- 27.05.2010 (Thursday) – allocation of shares taken up within the standard and additional subscription.
Shares not taken up within the standard and additional subscription shall be allocated by the Management Board of the Company pursuant to Article 436 paragraph 4 of the Commercial Companies Code.
