Positive dynamics of the LUG S.A. Capital Group revenues

The Executive Board LUG S.A. publicises stand-alone and consolidated financial results of the first half of the year 2009. The results in periodical reports form, which contains the Executive Board’s operation statement, selected fiscal dates, cash-flows as well as ratio analysis, were published in EBI system and released on Issuer’s webpage in section ‘financial results’.
The first quarter of 2009, because of passing on the operational activity to subsidiary company – LUG Light Factory Sp. z o.o., was specific for Issuer. The LUG S.A. as a dominating company and the only shareholder of subsidiaries is now a leader of Capital Group and fully participates in its results, which during current market’s condition are satisfactory.
Although decline of investment activity in building trade the LUG S.A. Capital Group has earned sales revenue accounted for 29 800.83 thousands PLN during the first half of 2009 and has exceeded profits of analogical year before of 2 709.2 thousands PLN. Moreover the LUG Light Factory Sp. z o.o. has earned in the first half of 2009 - 552.63 thousands PLN revenue from the operational activity what was mainly thanks to dynamic development of export.
